For more than 20 years, Victoria has developed a professional and personal interest in continuous improvement and collaboration into a career with diverse roles and varied experiences. Building on her successes in science, technology and management, Victoria welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the achievements of a not-for-profit organisation, Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), as their Lean and Agile Manager.
Beginning her career as a Food Microbiologist, Victoria gained an MBA which helped her transition into project management, quality, commercialisation, research and development and, later, manufacturing with 3M. Over this time, she also developed her skills as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Operations Manager. Victoria now enjoys streamlining processes using Lean methodologies and delivering projects using Agile principles to improve efficiency and achieve better outcomes for CPA and its clients.
Over the past few years Victoria has developed an interest in Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. She was recently a Committee Member of the American Chamber of Commerce Diversity and Inclusion Committee as well as leading change internally at 3M as the Women’s Leadership Forum Chair. She looks forward to driving change in this area, particularly relating to abilities and accessibility in the workplace.
Victoria will be co-presenting: Changing the way we change – leveraging a combination of Lean, Design, and Scrum to facilitate a large scale process transformation with Nik Ilich and Rowan Walsh
