Jo has been working with teams to successfully deliver customer-focused business and IT projects for more than 15 years. Scrum, Agile, Human Centred Design, and Service Design have been part of Jo’s delivery approach and skill-set.
In her current role at Telstra, Jo works as a Ways of Working Coach. In this role she works with teams to assist them to move to an agile way of working and specifically Scrum.
