Russell Ackoff said that to manage a system effectively, you might focus on the interactions of the parts rather than their behaviour (taken separately). While there is consensus in the industry that agile is more than practices and principles, there is very little in application today that manages the interactions – or the relationships – of the parts involved in an agile transformation.

This workshop uses an activity from the field of organisational relationship and system coaching (ORSC), to map out the different viewpoints that different actors of the system (execs, change agents, team members) hold in the context of an ongoing transformation. We will look at the effect of revealing the system on the relationship, and how this can be used to repair relationships and systems.
