If you’re driving to Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, there are five car parks available for use. The Normanby Road carpark is the closest to the venue.
We are pleased to be able to provide all attendees with discounted parking at the Normanby Road carpark (entrance) of only $17 all day. Please ask our assistants at the registration desk at the beginning of each day for your discount voucher, then insert it into the ticket machine as you exit, along with the parking ticket you received when entering the carpark
This carpark is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. For people staying overnight at the Hilton or nearby hotels, you can leave your car in the MCEC carpark overnight. When leaving on the Friday you will only be charged $34 for the 2 days. Please make sure you get 2 discounted tickets from the registration/help desk.
Please note that there are limited spaces due to construction works. Please arrive early to ensure you secure a parking spot!
For all our interstate and overseas attendees, you have 2 options:
The address of the venue is: Melbourne Exhibition Centre 2 Clarendon Street South Wharf The journey should take you between 25-40 minutes, depending upon the time of day.
The SkyBus is a cost-effective way to travel from Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport to Southern Cross Station in the city. Services run every 10 minutes and cost only $18 one way (online rate). From Southern Cross Station you can catch a tram (nos. 96, 109 or 12) for a quick five minute journey to the venue. See Skybus for timetables and additional costs.
Catch any of the following trams and get off at the stop opposite the Clarendon Street entrance of MCEC (just after you cross the bridge over the river): Route 96 – St Kilda to East Brunswick Route 109 – Port Melbourne to Box Hill Route 12 – Victoria Gardens to St Kilda.
Alternatively catch tram number 48 or 70 and get off at the Flinders Street stop. Then take a short walk towards the Yarra River, across the Seafarers Bridge.
Take any train that goes to Southern Cross Station. Get off at Southern Cross Station and catch tram number 96, 109 or 12, as above. You can download a map here (PDF).
May you have a safe journey, however you travel!
